Hi! I'm Livia Huang.
I was responsible for a product design project for a biomedical start-up team. I helped translate research results into user-proven service goals, went through four versions of testing and revision with my partner, and designed the platform MVP; helped the team receive 5 project resource grants and 2 entrepreneurial competition awards.
The Nanum app is an open-source project built on GitHub; I worked with engineers from Japan, Korea, and Australia to develop this responsive web platform from idea to MVP in six weeks using an agile development approach.
The Forgotten Adoption Option App service seeks to help adoptive parents in the U.S. reduce the effort of navigating the adoption process and meet their waiting children earlier. I primarily supported the team with the UX/UI planning to get the MVP online; we received a lot of meaningful feedback from the beta testing phase and found that the service was making an impact even before it went live.
